Information We Collect We collect the following data only as necessary for the operation of Gelo: From Discord: - User IDs, server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs - Message content (only if moderation or logging features are enabled) - Server configuration data (reaction roles, logs, moderation settings) From Dashboard: - Discord OAuth2 login (used only during session) - Server selections and configurations - Browser metadata (for basic analytics or error handling) We do not collect email addresses, real names, or location data. 2. How We Use Your Data We use collected data exclusively for the following: - To enable bot functionality (moderation, logs, role management) - To store dashboard settings and preferences - To troubleshoot issues or respond to bug reports - To comply with Discord's Terms of Service We do not: - Sell or rent your data - Use your data for advertising or tracking - Share your data with any third party unless legally required 3. Upon bot removal or request, stored data may be deleted in accordance with applicable data protection laws. 5.
